At Prime IPTV (operated by Mohammed Bouinidane) we are committed to a reliable service. If you are not satisfied, this policy explains how refund requests are handled.

1. When are you entitled to a refund?

  • Within 7 days of the payment date.
  • When the service fails due to a technical fault on our side that is not fixed within 48 hours.
  • When the main channels advertised in the service description are unavailable.
  • In case of billing conflicts or duplicate charges.

2. When is a refund not possible?

  • More than 7 days after payment.
  • When the problem is your internet connection (below 10 Mbps).
  • When the problem is your device (H.264/H.265 support required).
  • When the Terms of Service are breached (e.g. account sharing or resale).
  • For trial or free subscriptions.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Contact us at support@primeiptvplus.com or via WhatsApp.
  2. Send the order number or the email used for payment.
  3. Briefly describe the problem.
  4. We reply within 24 hours and try to solve the issue first.
  5. If it cannot be solved, we start the refund process.

4. Refund processing times

  • PayPal: almost instant (1–3 business days).
  • Bank card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Bank transfer: 3–7 business days.

5. Partial refunds

In some cases (e.g. yearly subscriptions after 30 days of use) we may offer a partial refund reflecting the unused days, after deducting the days actually used.

6. Cancelling auto-renewal

If your subscription renews automatically, you can cancel renewal at any time — cancellation stops future invoices without affecting your current subscription.
