2. When is a refund not possible?
- More than 7 days after payment.
- When the problem is your internet connection (below 10 Mbps).
- When the problem is your device (H.264/H.265 support required).
- When the Terms of Service are breached (e.g. account sharing or resale).
- For trial or free subscriptions.
3. How to request a refund

- Send the order number or the email used for payment.
- Briefly describe the problem.
- We reply within 24 hours and try to solve the issue first.
- If it cannot be solved, we start the refund process.
4. Refund processing times
- PayPal: almost instant (1–3 business days).
- Bank card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Bank transfer: 3–7 business days.
5. Partial refunds
In some cases (e.g. yearly subscriptions after 30 days of use) we may offer a partial refund reflecting the unused days, after deducting the days actually used.
6. Cancelling auto-renewal
If your subscription renews automatically, you can cancel renewal at any time — cancellation stops future invoices without affecting your current subscription.
